Samsung Is Launching a New Social Network Called Waffle

Joining the likes of Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, Samsung has introduced a new social media app called Waffle. The application is all about collaboration, as it allows you and your friends to share notes and illustrations and in turn add images and doodles to existing pictures or messages, thus creating a collaborative story or forum.

A product of Samsung’s Creativity Lab, or C-Lab, Waffle is based on a series of infinite grids that users can expand in any direction, as they in turn act as the canvas and a “community graffiti wall.” Each individual can then add his or her piece to the illustration or message.

As for now, Waffle is still in the development stages, but if it does in fact hit the market, expect it to do so later this year.

After taking a look at how Waffle works, be sure to press play on the video underneath to see Lil Wayne pouring champagne on his new Samsung Galaxy S7.
